We interconnect core mechanical engineering technologies, including structural design, solid mechanics, thermal-fluid analysis, vibration, heat transfer, precision mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes. We apply deep learning to image preprocessing, defect detection, and process prediction, while conducting multiphysics simulations using COMSOL and ANSYS. By combining engineering simulation, sensing, high-resolution inspection, image processing, and AI, we develop intelligent and automated manufacturing systems for process optimization and equipment intellectualization.
